Shipping Policy


Paper Shoot Camera North America can ship anywhere in North America, South America (with the exception of Venezuela), United Kingdom & Italy. 


Shipping may be limited for any reason, including but not limited to:

Peak Holiday season, exclusive product lines, out-of-stock notices, or delays outside of Paper Shoot Camera’s control.


If you provide an incorrect address, Paper Shoot Camera is unable to change the shipping address once the order has been placed and is not liable for the successful delivery to an incorrect address. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make edits via the shipping carrier. Please ensure any address you provide is your current address


Shipping Service

  • All shipping estimates reflect business days, not calendar days, and do not include order processing times.
  • If your order is submitted after 2 PM EST, it will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once the order has begun processing.
  • If any item in your order is marked as a “pre-order” product, your whole order will be on hold until the item is restocked. These estimated processing timeframes will be reflected on the product page.
  • Any express shipping selected will be applied once the parcel is processed via the shipping courier.
  • Shipping time frames are estimates only that are set directly by the courier. Delays may occur at any time outside of our control. No refunds are issued on shipping fees.


Shipping Charges & Fees

  • Paper Shoot Camera is not liable for any duties or taxes charged upon delivery; any charges incurred by delivery refusal will be billed to the customer / taken off the refund total. 
  • Duties and taxes may apply to all countries outside the United States - you will be charged the taxes associated with your country and do not include order processing times.

JigJag Package Protection Policy


At PaperShootCamera, we prioritize the safe and timely arrival of your orders. Our Package Protection provides peace of mind, covering loss, theft, or damage during transit. Here's a quick overview of the coverage:


Lost Items Policy

Presumed Lost: Claims for packages not marked as "delivered" can be filed 7 days after the last U.S. tracking update (20 days for international, including Canada) and 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date.

Invalid Addresses/Delivery Barriers: Not covered. Items returned to the sender due to invalid addresses or delivery barriers may be resent upon correct address verification.

Partial Deliveries: Missing items from a multi-item order without tampering evidence are not covered. If a package from a multi-package order is missing, we cover the undelivered items.

Return to Sender: Packages returned due to invalid addresses or delivery refusal are generally not covered, with certain exceptions.

Stolen Items Policy

Delivered but Missing: File claims for items marked "delivered" but not received within 5 to 30 days post-delivery date.

Incorrect Address Delivery: Orders sent to the wrong address but provided correctly at checkout will be considered for replacement.


Damaged Items Policy

Damaged Upon Arrival: File within 30 days of delivery. Documentation of damage may be required.

Customized Items: Not eligible for reorder; a refund will be provided.

Out of Stock Items: A refund will be offered. Repurchase is possible when back in stock.


General Policies

Incorrect Address by Customer: Orders with customer-provided incorrect addresses are not covered.

Quality Concerns: Issues related to product quality might be addressed under our return policy, not Package Protection.

Filing Requirements: Adherence to filing deadlines is crucial; late submissions may be declined.

Expedited Shipping Delays: Not covered.

Installment Payments: Refunds are processed to the customer, who remains responsible for any installments.

Tracking and Address Requirements: Claims may be denied due to inadequate tracking information or shipments to non-sanctioned countries.

Issue Resolution: Non-response within 5 days of a claim can result in closure.

Opting Out: Package Protection fees are refundable before shipping. After dispatch, the fee is non-refundable.
